Penguins - Spy In The Huddle Climbs In The Ratings



The second episode of Penguins - Spy In The Huddle increased its ratings share last night, climbing to 4.89 million viewers, or a 20.01% audience share. This was up from 4.57m / 17.8% last week.

David Tennant narrates the series which uses innovative filming techniques with cameras concealed in remote controlled robots disguised as rocks, snowballs, eggs and penguins to infiltrate and obtain exclusive and detailed footage of life within the penguin colonies of Antarctica, the Falkland Islands and Peru. The final episode, Growing Up, can be seen at 9pm on Monday 25th January on BBC One.

The ratings winner for the timeslot was ITV's new documentary Her Majesty's Prison - Aylesbury with 5.55m viewers (22.69%). BBC Two drama Dancing On The Edge drew in 1.95m (7.94%) while the new series of Embarrassing Bodies on C4 reached 1.86m (7.61%).
