Russell T. Davies Donates His 'Midnight' Script For Charity Auction

Russell T.Davies has donated his annotated script for the fourth series Doctor Who episode Midnight, which starred David Tennant, to be auctioned in support of Project Motor House, the charity run by Janet Fielding. The script is one of a number of items signed by David that will be up for sale at the Project Motor Mouth 2: The Companions convention taking place on Saturday 3rd August at the Copthorne Hotel, Slough.

The Midnight script comes complete with Davies' own notes and cartoon drawings, including one of David. Other auction items include The Impossible Planet and The Satan Pit scripts signed by David Tennant, photos signed by Freema Agyeman and a perspex panel signed by Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann and David Tennant, along with many former companions and Doctor Who guest stars.

A limited number of tickets are still available for Project Motor Mouth 2. Guests include Peter Davison, Janet Fielding, Katy Manning, Sarah Sutton, Louise Jameson, Lalla Ward and Matthew Waterhouse. Visit the convention website for more details

All profits from the convention will be going to support Project Motor House, a Kent based project headed by Janet Fielding aiming to save the derelict West Cliff Hall (aka ‘the old motor museum’) and turn it into an exciting mixed use venue where people of all ages can enjoy themselves and where Thanet’s young people can be introduced to a business culture and get the hands-on experience they need to feel confident about starting their own businesses. The auction held at the last Project Motor Mouth convention in January raised £7,700 for the charity.
