PHOTOS: Stills From David Tennant's New Film Mad To Be Normal Released

A small collection of stills from David Tennant's forthcoming film project, Mad To Be Normal, have been released via the official IMDb page.

The stills show David as renowned Scottish psychiatrist Ronnie Laing, the so called acid-Marxist.
The film is set in the 1960s and tells the story of Laing and his unique community at Kingsley Hall in East London. In 1965, Laing and a group of colleagues created the Philadelphia Association and started a psychiatric community project at Kingsley Hall, where patients and therapists lived together. He was often criticised for his techniques, which included the occasional use of the drug LSD.

The film, which also stars Elisabeth Moss, Michael Gambon and Gabriel Byrne was filmed at various locations across Yorkshire and London earlier this year. It will be released in cinemas in late 2016.
